Family Service of the Piedmont

Family Service of the Piedmont is a local organization dedicated to empowering those in crisis.  They strive to help build healthier families by providing support services, advocacy and education to our community.  As one of the largest, private non-profits of its kind, Family Service of the Piedmont has a critical role in Guilford County. 

The Big Hair Ball is an annual themed party whose proceeds help fund vital needs such as domestic violence shelters, affordable counseling, and children's’ advocacy centers.  Each year the spotlight is on the Runway Fashion Show featuring local designers and models.  

Woodruff Family Law Group is honored to be a major contributor to multiple facets of this event; from participating in the planning process to securing donations for the silent auction and raffle to sponsoring one of the edgy fashion models, we are proud participants in this very crucial and worthwhile event!
