Good Morning Everyone,
I hope everyone is doing well and surviving the pandemic. Also, I would like to thank each and every one of you for being patient as we travel through this unterritorial waters of COVID-19.
It is apparent that we must change court operations on June 1st, 2020 but we have not determined how we are operating all courtrooms at this time. Court officials are still meeting to determine the best avenues we must take to following social distancing guidelines. I will share this information as soon as it’s available to me.
With that being said, I do know that CNJ for the first week in June for the term of June 8th, 2020 has been cancelled because guidelines are not in place and we must following the 4 weeks’ notice-NC General Statutes. The next CNJ available date is June 22nd , 2020 please submit Calendar Request and Notice of Hearings to be placed on that docket.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may have cause you or your client’s.
Thanks,
Vicki
