Michelle Alcon is a graduate of Elon University School of Law. She has spent over 13 years practicing law, and during that time, has served as both a defense attorney and a prosecutor, where she has tried cases ranging from simple misdemeanors up to attempted murder and child sexual assaults.
“I love being in a courtroom and will never back down if a case calls for a trial. As a prosecutor, I developed a passion for helping victims of domestic violence and child abuse. Family law is an area where I can use my trial skills to help people undergoing divorce and custody issues,” says Michelle.
While at Elon, Michelle was involved in the Legal Aid Domestic Violence Clinic, the Innocence Project, the Women's Law Association, the Business Law Association, and served on the Moot Court Board. She was also a mentor and assistant coach of the Grimsley High School Forensics and Debate Team.
